NeoPlan.Spaces is a coworking space that our team of road and bridge designers is excited to share with digital nomads, freelancers, artists, trainers, entrepreneurs, and tourists from all over the world. You’ll find us in Sibiu, one of Romania’s most visited cities, renowned for its International Theatre Festival, International Jazz Festival, the Brukenthal National Museum, Christmas Fair, and its charming Old Town with narrow streets, small plazas, cozy restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores.

Our space is located on the outskirts of the city, in a rapidly developing area near the A1 highway, away from the growing traffic congestion in the city center. It’s an open, ground-floor space in a newly built apartment building, designed with a modern, urban feel and brought to life with plenty of plants and flowers, carefully tended by the owners.

We are a well established road design company that operates like a family and we’ve created a workspace that feels like home, especially since we spend most of our day here. We hope you’ll join us—whether to work, share your art, or bring your expertise—and become part of our community.

Prices:

  • 1 hr hotdesk – 15 RON
  • 1 day / desk – 60 RON
  • 1 week / desk – 200 RON
  • 1 month / desk – 700 RON
  • 1 hr / event space – 100 RON

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30 (desk work)
  • Monday – Friday 17:00 – 21:00 (events, presentations, etc)
  • Saturday – Sunday 10:00 – 16:00 (events, presentations, classes, etc)
